Authorizes remodeling of existing residential wood-frame structures with nonstructural projects requiring at least three unrelated building trades or crafts. May self-perform or subcontract trades including drywall, finish carpentry, flooring, insulation, painting, plastering, roof repair, siding, tiling, and minor fixture replacement.

Not authorized: Cannot make structural changes to load-bearing portions including footings, foundations, load-bearing walls, or roof structures. Cannot install, replace, or substantially alter electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems without the appropriate C license.
