Authorizes construction of fixed works requiring specialized engineering knowledge and skill, including irrigation, drainage, water power, water supply, flood control, inland waterways, harbors, docks, shipyards, dams, hydroelectric projects, levees, railroads, highways, tunnels, airports, sewers, bridges, pipelines, parks, refineries, and power plants.

B: General Building Contractor

Authorizes construction of structures including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings requiring at least two unrelated building trades or crafts.
