What Does a C-13 License Cover?

Constructs, erects, alters, or repairs all types of fences, corrals, runs, railings, game court enclosures, guard rails, barriers, playground equipment, backstops, posts, flagpoles, and gates.

What This License Does Not Cover

Does not include masonry walls (see C-29).

California law requires a contractor license for this type of work on projects valued at $500 or more (combined labor and materials). Hiring an unlicensed contractor for work requiring a license may void your consumer protections.
